Saddle & Tack Return Policies
Granite Station Saddlery's custom made saddle return policy is straightforward - Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all materials and workmanship. If, for any reason, within 2 weeks of taking delivery, you are not satisfied with your new custom made saddle, you can return your saddle for full refund of purchase price (not including shipping) – Saddle should be returned in the same condition you would expect in buying a new custom made saddle.
Granite Station Saddlery's tack return policy is similarly straightforward - Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all materials and workmanship. If, for any reason, within 7 days of taking delivery, you are not satisfied with your new custom made, or, in-stock tack, you can return your tack for full refund of purchase price (not including shipping) – Tack should be returned in the same condition you would expect in buying new custom made tack.
The one exception to this return policy, is, if you have a unique brand or name carved on any part of the saddle or tack, effectively rendering it un-salable to another customer at full retail price, there is no return guarantee – The Granite Station Saddlery guarantee becomes one of working with you to satisfy any concern you might have.
Tree Warranty
Granite Station Saddlery guarantees all saddle trees in our saddles for 20 years under normal cowboy use (not abuse).
Materials & Craftsmanship Warranty
Granite Station Saddlery guarantees the leather and craftsmanship of our saddles for 20 years, with the exception of normal wear items including stirrup leathers, latigos, saddle strings, woolskins, back billets, back cinch, front cinch and half-breed. These normal wear exception items are guaranteed for 5 years of normal use.
Used & Consigned Saddle Warranty
We inspect each used and consigned saddle for soundness and usability to the best of our ability, and, will not sell an unusable saddle to anyone, unless, specifically disclosed as such. There is no guarantee on used or consigned saddles, expressed or implied, other than that which we state in our written description, as to its condition, at time of sale. On used and consigned saddles, there is no return provision – Each saddle is sold on an "as is" described basis.
Standard Disclosures
Granite Station Saddlery's Return Policy, Warranties and Guarantees are only applicable to direct sales from Granite Station, and, must be accompanied with sales receipt.
Sales through live auction are expressly excluded from Return Policy and all Warranties and Guarantees.
Products sold by Granite Station Saddlery, but, manufactured by another entity, are warranted and guaranteed only to the extent of the manufacturers’ warranties and guarantees.
